Self Defense Techniques

This section is a mixture of defensive techniques derived from wrestling, Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and Judo. It's important to drill in steps when first learning the movements, allowing time to make sure each step is correct. After time, the steps will blend together creating a more realistic flow. We recommend training sport Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, and boxing in addition to self defense drilling.
